Today has been one of those days when I'd rather be anywhere but in the office. We all have them. When I'm feeling antsy like this, I have a few things I'll do, depending on the time of day: go for a walk; go out to lunch; or -- a personal favorite -- go window shopping. I may or may not buy anything, but I do get inspired by what I might see or find. I can then head back to the office and get back to work.
What do you do when you need a change of scenery?

I go to the kitchen and find something to eat. Not good! Sometimes I do brain games on Lumosity.com
Sheila, I just bought a book of brain games. My memory has faded, and I'm hoping it will help. It's a good idea to use that when I'm antsy. I'm afraid to go to this site you mention, though, because I might like it. And that would be another distraction I probably don't need. And now that I've said that, here I go...
I like Sheila's thinking :)...but window shopping is fun too :)
I know. I went to that site but you have to register. I tried and all my user names were taken up. I moved on. Impatient, I guess. ;-)
If I don't have much time, I'll just take the dog for a walk, but if I have an afternoon and it's a spring or summer day, I'm off for a drive. Doesn't matter where...just on the open road!
