This blog introduces you to my special brand of BIKE. I show you how to find your Best self, access your Inner strength, tune in to your Killer instincts, and use your Expressive voice. It's inspiring, spiritual, quirky, and it's all in your head. It's about ATTITUDE, not exercise, though that might be a side benefit.

BIKE coaching, anyone?

I'd like to offer one four-month free trial of BIKE coaching. If you're interested in learning how you can live a more stress-free life and find your true joy, post a comment. I'll draw a name and contact you personally to get started. The work will include one hour-long session per week by phone and a specified number of follow-ups by e-mail.

My only requirement is that you allow me to post the progress here on the BIKE blog and that you allow me to use anecdotes/stories from our work together in my upcoming book and other literature that I may need to promote my BIKE philosophy. If you'd prefer to use your first name only in print, that's fine, but I must know your full name, etc., for my records.

If you're interested, post a commment below and let me know why/how you think finding your Mental BIKE would help you overcome a specific struggle you are now having in your life.

I hope to hear from you soon because this opportunity ends on May 31.

All my best,
Jackie

After perhaps my strongest 1st quarter ever in my freelance career, I'm in a bit of a panic over what the summer (and the recession) might bring. Surely, a girl like that needs your help?!

If you're the only one to post, I'll gladly teach you how the BIKE works in one-on-one sessions. Hopefully, you'll be able to apply it each time you reach a difficult moment in life. I love this BIKE. I am reminded to use it daily.

I remember comparing some family notes with you once. I am consistently impressed by your approach to life-- a remarkable combination of calm without disengagement, acceptance not avoidance.

I'd love to try BIKE.

This is great. I'm so excited to be able to share such a productive path with you. I'll wait till the end of the month and see how many other people show interest. Then I'll see what's next.

Thanks so much!

Jackie!

What an amazingly awesome lady you are! Sure, we already knew this. ;) How generous of you to make this offer.

Please do include me on the list of hopefuls -- you know of some of the ups and downs I've been experiencing these past two years, and while I've been making some headway, there's been some "two steps forward, two steps sideways/backwards" action, and I could certainly use some positive coaching from the bike lady.

Your wisdom is always insightful and frequently challenging (in a good way). I'm looking forward to building more positive momentum and stability in three key areas -- my professional and personal lives, and in my physical health.

Thanks, Jackie!
