Don't eat too much!

To keep moving forward, try not to overeat. Overeating weighs you down. I overate. I feel too heavy to walk back to my cabin.

I'll post something more substantial tomorrow. If you have anything inconsequential to add to this post, please do.

I have to learn to eat slowly. If I really like something I wolf it right down. And then I really feel terrible and I overate.

That's not inconsequential, Debbie. That's really good advice! LOL

I just got an e-mail from a writer who's going to makeover my lunch for a story she's writing for Woman's Day. She's using my hot dog (with all the fixins') and Strawberry Shortcake (with lots of whipped cream) meal I just ate for lunch on Saturday in Greer.

Yikes! I really do need a nutritionist. But I think I ate it slowly. :-)
