This blog introduces you to my special brand of BIKE. I show you how to find your Best self, access your Inner strength, tune in to your Killer instincts, and use your Expressive voice. A photo to soothe your soul

It's such a small image from the entire scene that summer day in Prescott, but it speaks to me without words. And sometimes, we need that.

Jackie, that's a great shot! You captured it so perfectly. I love water; so peaceful.

I've been busy blogging on our Quick Comments site that I've been behind in reading all of my favorite blogs. I need to check out your Phx Traveler one too.

I always appreciate your comments. Are you on twitter much? I spend lots of time there and find it a great resource for hot topics.

Hi Debbie,

Thank you for the kind comments, always.

I've been uploading and looking at hundreds of photos for a travel guide I'm writing. It's been a lot of work, and I'm behind schedule. So when I came across this photo a few days ago, I knew I wanted to use it for this blog. It won't work in the book. And today, I just needed a mental break. It worked perfectly! I got a relaxing moment right when I needed it. Water and cool colors can do that for you.

I visited your blog a few times this week but couldn't think of anything to say. Especially not today, with the post about Survivor. I don't watch it. Haven't since the first or second season.

What's your Twitter ID? I'm on fairly regularly, though I just joined last week. I'm not sure how I'll be using it yet.

Thanks for visiting.

Jackie

Hi Jackie,

My twitter ID is Panda444. I look forward to your tweets.

I understand about commenting. Thank you for visiting. I found that most of the people who read my blog don't watch Survivor and one gal seemed to have a problem with me watching it. Oh well, I guess you can't please everyone. The one person who understood was a new blogging friend who lives in the Middle East! LOL
